A: Scenes are offered in Standard and High Definition (SD and HD respectively). SD quality scenes can be streamed and downloaded in: MP4 480p. HD quality scenes can be streamed and downloaded in: MP4 1080p, 720p, 480p and Trailer. Photos are High Quality and can be downloaded as a ZIP in: Full, 1600, 1280 and 1024 sizes. Rentals in SD and streamed in: MP4 480p and HD in: MP4 1080p, 720p, 480p and trailer.

Q: How will I be able to download what I've purchased or stream what I have rented?
A: Once your purchase is completed you will be redirected back to this site where you can see your new and previous purchases in a section called "Your Purchases". Thumbnails for scenes you have purchased (HD quality) will also be labelled as "Purchased" in listing such as "Latest Updates". SD quality purchases and rentals will be labelled as "Upgrade" in listings. Purchases can also be accessed by checking the section called "Transaction History" in your account (accessed by clicking "My Account" found under the icon to the left of the shopping basket; top right of your screen ).

Q: How long do I have to download what I've purchased or watch what I've rented?
A: Scenes purchased can be downloaded for private viewing a maximum of 5 times, but streamed as often as you like while you have an account with (access to) this site. You have 3 days from the day of purchase to stream, for private viewing, rented scenes.

Q: Can I check how long I have left to stream scenes I am renting?
A: Yes. While streaming a rented scene you will see the days, hours and seconds remaining across the top of the viewing area.

Q: If I purchase a scene in SD to download or rent, can I upgrade?
A: Yes. Your purchase will be labelled "Upgrade" in listing such as "Latest Updates". Click on "Upgrade" and you'll see the options and prices to chose from. The upgrade option will also be shown when you are streaming the scene. Please note your original purchase will be honoured. Upgrading from an SD purchase to a HD scene means you have available you both SD and HD versions of the scene. Like wise purchasing a SD or HD scene after renting it means the remaining viewing time is still available to you.

These purchases will always be listed against your account for you to access. Any videos you have paid to stream will only be accessible for three days after purchase.
