Content Removal Policy

Content Removal Process

This is a content removal process that allows you or anyone to report any content on this Portal that may be illegal or that otherwise violates the Terms and Conditions. If you have such an issue with the Portal, then please send an email by clicking on this link and follow the instructions. If you cannot email or use the link, then please write to the address shown in the Terms and Conditions.


In the first instance, accountability for the swift resolution of your issue is with our company; details can be found in the Terms and Conditions. Neutral arbitrators may be called upon under circumstances when you are not satisfied with the line of investigation or conclusions drawn by the company. Also legal disputes (including issues with model contracts) may require the intervention of lawyers and courts.

You will be kept informed of the progress and resolution of the issue raised via email.


After receiving your issue:

  1. steps will be taken to consider the best way to investigate your issue within a timeframe most appropriate to the nature of your issue (illegal content and violations of the credit card association standards will be expedited and resolved within seven business days);
  2. if further information or documents are required from you, the Company will contact you to let you know; and
  3. the Company will, in good faith, take those actions as it considers appropriate to deal with the issue raised.

If the Company is satisfied:

  • the content is unlawful or non-consensual, the Company will immediately remove that content, and the Company will notify you of its decision by email
  • the content is not unlawful or non-consensual, the Company will notify you of its decision by email.


Any dispute regarding the Company’s determination that content is non-consensual will be submitted by the Company to a neutral arbitration association at it's expense.

For all other content issues, if the Company is satisfied that the content on the Portal should be removed, it will act promptly to remove that content. Although there is no requirement to inform you of the outcome of any issue raised unrelated to allegations of unlawful or non-consensual content, the company will make a decision on a case-by-case basis.


Your Right to Appeal

If you disagree with the Company's decision to deem your issue raised void under applicable law, then you have the ability to appeal that decision to a neutral body at our expense. If the need for an appeal arises, you may send email to appeals@DrewParkerGroup.co.uk, and all use of content will cease immediately during the appeal process.


Zero Tolerance

You agree not to raise issues that are wholly unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. If the Company determines that you have breached this warranty, then the issue will not be investigated. If you are found to be a member of the Portal the Company may suspend or terminate your account.
